Sizing and fit

How do I find my size?

+

Use the size guide on each product page. It includes a size chart and a measurement-based fit recommender that compares your measurements against that specific product's cut. Save your measurements once in your sizing profile and they carry over to every product.

Fit varies by tier. Core and Field sit closer to standard sizing. Kinetic and Output are cut closer to the body for sustained effort and pace. If you are between sizes, use the measurement-based fit recommender on the product page rather than sizing based on another brand.

Delivery and duties

Delivery is free on orders over 1500 DKK, worldwide. Below that threshold, delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on destination.

[Confirm standard delivery windows per market: Denmark/EU, UK, US and Canada, Australia, rest of world.]

Orders shipped within the EU include all applicable taxes at checkout, with nothing due on delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs authority. These are not included in the order total at checkout and are your responsibility on delivery.

[Confirm duty policy and any DDP arrangements per market before publishing.]

Returns and exchanges

You can return an unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must have its original tags attached. See the full return policy for exclusions and process detail.

Contact us with your order number using the form on our Contact page, and we will confirm the return process for your order.

Return the original item under our standard return policy and place a new order for the size you need. This is the fastest way to get the right size, since it does not wait on the returned item arriving back with us first.

[Confirm whether a direct exchange process should be offered instead.]

Crash replacement is available from Level 3 in our loyalty programme. [Confirm scope, claim process and terms before publishing.]

Product care

Machine wash cold. No fabric softener. Air dry.

This is general guidance. Check the care label on the specific item, since some fabrics carry their own instructions.

No. Tumble drying is not recommended for any NUL Standard product. Air dry instead.

Chemical safety and certification

Zero Toxins means the fabrics and components in our kit are tested against a defined list of restricted substances, including PFAS, formaldehyde-based finishes and plasticisers, and certified free of them under Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an independent certification confirming a textile has been tested and found free of harmful levels of a defined list of substances. It applies to the specific fabric and component tested, not as a blanket claim across every material we use. Each product page states which components carry the certification.

No. NUL Standard is a rider health brand. Chemical exposure from everyday clothing worn against skin for hours at a time is the reason the brand exists. Where a product also qualifies for a genuine environmental claim, such as GRS-certified recycled content, we state it on that product page.
