Free delivery over 1,500 kr., worldwide. Under that, the cost is worked out at checkout from your address. Orders leave us in one to three working days, tracked.

When your order ships

One to three working days after your payment clears. Weekends and Danish public holidays do not count.

Three to seven working days once it has shipped, depending on the country.

Ten to fourteen working days once it has shipped. Customs in the destination country can add to that.

No. They are estimates, not promises. Once a parcel is with the carrier the timeline is theirs, and customs delays are out of our hands.

Cost, tax and duties

Nothing, over 1,500 kr. Under that, it is worked out at checkout from your address. Any faster service for your address shows up there too.

Included in the price at checkout. Nothing more to pay when it arrives.

Orders going outside the EU can be charged import duty and tax by your local customs. That is not in the checkout total, and it is paid by whoever receives the parcel. The amount is set by your country, not by us.

Tracking and delivery

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel goes to the carrier. It is on your order in your account as well.

Check it before you order. We cannot change it once the parcel has gone. If it comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will sort out a redelivery, and there may be another postage charge.

If something goes wrong

If the tracking has stalled, or nothing has turned up inside the window above, email info@nulstandard.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and keep you posted.

Email info@nulstandard.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund it.
