White reflects heat, dark absorbs it. Over a few hours in direct summer sun that difference adds up. The main and back panel are UV rated, so sun protection is handled at the fabric level, not left to sunscreen alone. Vented mesh sits behind both rear pockets, moving heat off your lower back before it builds up.

Sleeve edges are bonded and folded rather than stitched raw, so nothing catches at the cuff during a ride. The front zip uses the same bonded, flat-seam construction.
