Shipping policy

1. Order processing and dispatch timelines

We operate a strict order fulfilment protocol. Upon the successful authorisation and financial clearance of your payment, we aim to process and dispatch all standard orders within 1 to 3 business days. You must acknowledge that this processing window strictly excludes weekends, Danish national holidays, and periods of severe operational volume. NUL Standard reserves the unilateral right to delay dispatch indefinitely pending advanced fraud verification checks or inventory anomalies.

2. Delivery estimates for eEuropean union domiciles

For consignments destined within the European Union, standard logistical transit typically requires 3 to 7 business days, contingent upon the specific destination country and regional infrastructure. While expedited express options may be presented during the checkout phase, all stated delivery timeframes are strictly estimates and do not constitute a legally binding performance guarantee on behalf of NUL Standard.

3. International and non European union delivery frameworks

Orders commissioned for delivery outside of the European Union are subject to extended transit durations, typically ranging from 10 to 14 business days. NUL Standard explicitly disclaims any legal or financial liability for severe delivery delays resulting from sovereign customs processing, international border inspections, or localised postal service disruptions that fall entirely outside of our operational control.

4. Calculation of shipping tariffs

All logistical and shipping tariffs are dynamically calculated at the point of checkout, predicated entirely upon your exact geographical location and the specific carrier service selected. Once an order has successfully transitioned to the dispatched status and entered the postal network, these shipping costs become strictly non refundable under any circumstances.

5. Customs, import duties and international taxation

Consignments delivered within the single market of the European Union are not subject to additional cross border customs duties. Conversely, all international shipments delivered outside the EU are executed strictly on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. You, as the recipient and importer of record, accept absolute, undivided financial and legal liability for the following levies

  • Applicable national import taxes

  • Sovereign customs duties

  • Border clearance fees

  • Third party brokerage and handling charges

Should you refuse delivery due to these financial obligations, the consignment will be returned to our facility in Denmark, and you will be held entirely liable for all return transit costs, which will be aggressively deducted from any residual refund balance.

6. Transit tracking and transfer of risk

Upon the physical handover of your consignment to our designated logistics partner, you will receive an automated electronic communication containing your unique tracking parameters. At this precise moment of handover, the legal title and absolute risk of loss or physical damage to the merchandise transfer entirely from NUL Standard directly to you.

7. Resolution protocol for delayed or lost consignments

If your consignment fails to arrive within the initial estimated timeframe, we require you to allow an adequate grace period for postal recovery before initiating a formal claim. Should the delay become severe, please submit a formal inquiry to info@nulstandard.com. NUL Standard commits to launching a comprehensive investigation with the relevant carrier. However, we strictly refuse to issue immediate financial refunds or dispatch replacement merchandise until the carrier has officially concluded their internal audit and declared the original parcel as irretrievably lost.

8. Customer liability for address accuracy

You bear the sole and absolute responsibility for inputting a flawless, completely accurate delivery address during the checkout procedure. NUL Standard accepts zero liability for parcels misdelivered, lost, or returned to sender due to typographical errors, omitted apartment numbers, or outdated residential information provided by you. In the event a parcel is returned to our logistics hub due to an address error on your part, you will be formally mandated to pay a secondary shipping fee before any re-dispatch is authorised by our team.
