The Club

How the club works. Points, tiers, rewards and what each tier gets you. Your own balance and benefits are in your account.

About the club

Our loyalty programme. You earn points when you shop and when you do a few other things we count, and those points do two jobs: you can spend them on rewards, and they move you up through five tiers. Each tier adds something. Better earning, products kept back for members, and at the top, a hand in what we make next.

It is not a discount scheme. Nothing here knocks money off at checkout.

Create an account and you are in. There is nothing to opt into and nothing to pay.

Sign in and open your account. The Club sits in the menu alongside your orders, with your balance, your tier, what you can earn and your full history.

Points

You earn 1 point for every 1 DKK you spend, worked out on the items in your order, before tax and delivery, and after any discount. You also earn for creating an account, your first order, your birthday, leaving us a review, following us on Strava, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube or Facebook, and referring friends.

Your account lists every one of these under Ways to earn, with the exact points and how to claim.

Rewards in your account. Some are products, some are things we arrange by hand. What is available depends on your tier. See Rewards in your account for what you can claim right now.

No. Points are not cash and cannot be cashed out, transferred or refunded.

Because they answer different questions. One is what you have left to spend. The other is what you have earned towards your tier.

Spending points does not cost you your tier. The two totals move independently, so you can claim a reward without sliding back down.

Most do. Points from orders, your first order, creating your account and successful referrals all count towards your tier as well as being spendable.

Points for your birthday, reviews and social follows are yours to spend but do not move your tier. We would rather you climbed by riding in our kit than by clicking links.

Points you have not spent expire 12 months after you earn them. Your tier progress does not expire.

Your account shows what is due to expire and when.

The five tiers

Domestique, Rouleur, Puncheur, Grimpeur, Directeur. You start at Domestique and climb on the points you earn towards your tier.

Domestique starts at 0. Rouleur is 2,000 points, Puncheur 5,000, Grimpeur 10,000 and Directeur 20,000.

At 1 point per DKK, Rouleur is roughly 2,000 DKK of orders.

It arrives on its own. Nothing to claim. New benefits appear in your account, and any rewards or products held back for that tier become available.

Yes. Every tier includes everything below it. Grimpeur has the Rouleur and Puncheur benefits as well as its own.

From Rouleur, yes. Rouleur earns 1.05× on orders, Puncheur 1.1×, Grimpeur 1.15× and Directeur 1.25×. Domestique earns at the standard rate.

Yes. Each tier asks you to re-earn a fifth of what it took to reach, within 18 months. For Rouleur that is 400 points; for Directeur, 4,000. Do it at any point in the 18 months and the clock starts again from there.

Domestique asks for nothing. Nobody is ever removed from the club for going quiet.

You move down one tier and start that tier from its own threshold. There is no grace period, and it cannot be undone by spending later. You climb back the normal way.

Your account tells you what you need and by when, well before the date.

Ways to earn

Orders, at 1 point per DKK. 250 for creating your account. 500 on your first order. 250 on your birthday. 200 for an honest review after your first order. 100 each for following us on Strava, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube and Facebook. 1,000 for every friend you refer who orders.

The list in your account is the live one, and it is where you claim the ones that need claiming.

Yes. Creating an account, your birthday, the social follows and referrals all earn without an order of your own.

It depends. Order points have no limit. Your birthday comes round once a year. Creating an account, your first order and each social follow are one-offs.

Follow us, then claim it in your account. Nobody can check whether you actually followed, so we take your word for it, which is also why those points do not count towards your tier.

Leave us an honest review after your first order, then claim it in your account and send the link. Somebody reads it before the points go on.

In your account, under The Club. Add it once and the points arrive each year.

Rewards

Whatever is in the reward list in your account. That changes as we add things, and some rewards need a certain tier before you can claim them.

Open The Club in your account, go to Rewards, and claim the one you want. Points come off your spendable balance, not your tier.

No. A reward is claimed with points.

Yes. Some are limited, and some are real products with real stock. Your account only shows what is genuinely available, and tells you when something is close to gone.

Either it needs a higher tier, or you do not have the points yet, or it is limited and you have had your share. Your account says which.

Referring friends

Open The Club in your account, find Refer a friend, and share your link. When someone uses it and their first order qualifies, you get 1,000 points and they get 500.

Yes. Every member has their own, and it is in your account.

Their first order needs to be 750 DKK or more, before delivery.

30 days after their order. That is the return window. We wait for it to pass so the points are not taken back off you.

The referral points come off again. They were earned on an order that did not stand.

There is no limit on the total. There is a sensible cap on how many can be counted in a single week, which no genuine referrer will ever reach.

No. A second account of your own is not a referral, and we check.

Member benefits

It changes by tier and we add to it. Rouleur brings earlier access to launches and colourways kept for members. Puncheur adds a say in what we make, faster support and a gift once a year. Grimpeur adds crash replacement and prototype testing. Directeur adds working with us directly on products, private launches and events.

Your account lists exactly what your tier includes, and what the next one adds. That list is the accurate one.

Most need nothing from you. They are simply true once you reach the tier. The few that need asking, like crash replacement, have a form in your account.

Some are things we run when we run them. A launch, a vote, a prototype, an event. Those appear in your account when there is one to take part in, rather than sitting there as a promise. If you cannot see it yet, there is nothing running.

Crash replacement

If you go down and damage your kit, Grimpeur and Directeur members can ask us to replace it. We look at what happened and decide.

It is not insurance and we do not pretend otherwise. It is something we do for members who have earned it, within limits we are upfront about.

Grimpeur and above.

Open The Club in your account, find Crash replacement, pick the item, tell us what happened and add a photo. It comes to us to look at.

12 months from buying the item.

One per item in any 12 months, and no more than three crash replacements in total in any 12 months.

Your account shows where the claim is up to. If we cannot approve it you will see why, in plain words.

Crash damage, on kit bought in the last 12 months, by you. Wear from use, damage from washing it wrong, and anything lost rather than damaged are not covered.

If you are not sure, send the claim and let us look. We would rather see it than have you guess.

Returns and refunds

The points for the part you returned come off. If you return a whole order, all the points from it come off, including any first-order bonus.

It can, if it takes your tier total below the threshold. It is the same total either way. We are not going to leave you in a tier an order paid for and then went back.

Your balance can go to zero but not below it. If you have already spent points from an order you returned, we absorb the difference rather than chase you for it.

The referral points come off, for both of you.

Still stuck? Use the form on our Contact page and tell us your order number. Full rules are in our terms.
